Born and raised in Northport, NY Toni studied the Meisner technique and is a graduate from William Esper Studios and Matthew Corozine Studios. After completing the program she began her acting career in Film and Television. Her strong passion and hunger to create and promoted her to build a production company. Her love for Independent film let to the launch of The Roosevelt Island Film Festival which she is the proud Founder and President.
